      One day after competing for 310 Running at the MTA Provincial Cross Country Championship race in Burlington, local nine-yearold running sensation Nicholas Falconi took on the Niagara Falls 5 km. Not one to be intimidated by the age of his competitors or distance of the race, Nicholas lined up at the front of the pack Sunday (Oct. 25).

Minor peewees with home-andhome losses to Burlington
      The minor peewee A Hawks faced a fast, fundamentally strong team from Burlington who beat them 2- 0 in Burlington Saturday (Oct. 17) afternoon. Goaltender Steven Nelson held his team in the game making numerous key saves throughout, including stopping a partial breakaway, and a big save on a goal-mouth scramble in the third period.
