Caledon Meals on Wheels offers a Gentle Fitness Program for Seniors each Friday, 10-11 am, at St. James Church Senior's Drop- In, Caledon East. This program helps increase muscle strength, lexibility & mobility. Call 905-857- 7651 or 905-584-2992.

Family Support Group, 7-9 pm, in the Albion Bolton Community Centre, (Caledon Parent-Child Centre, 150 Queen St S, Bolton).
