Sponsorship opportunities for Caledon Day

The Town of Caledon is seeking community sponsors to support the inaugural Caledon Day celebration to be held in Caledon East Oct. 4.

"Community involvement is what Caledon Day is all about," said Mayor Marolyn Morrison. "Many Caledon businesses are involved with this event already - on behalf of Council, staff and the Caledon Day committee, I would like to thank them for their generous sponsorship."

Three levels of sponsorship have been set by the Caledon Day Committee: Activity Sponsors ($500) - 12 opportunities remain; Area Sponsors ($2,000) - 10 opportunities remain; and one opportunity remains for a sole Presenting Sponsor ($5,000). Sponsorship commitment is required by June 30.

To date, Area Sponsors include Mars Canada (Family Village area), Sardo Foods (Caledon Cafe), and Nortel Networks (Caledon Creative Complex). A number of local businesses and individuals are also on-board at the Activity Sponsor level.
