Caledon Concert Band will perform spring concert

The Caledon Concert Band, under the direction of Rob Kinnear, performed at last week's volunteer recognition event. The band is due to present its spring concert May 11 at Christ Church in Bolton.

The Caledon Concert Band will be presenting their spring concert May 11 at Christ Church.

The Church is on Nancy Street in Bolton, and the concert will run from 2 until 4 p.m.

Under the direction of Robert Kinnear, the band has been selected to attend the Gold National Band Competition in Ottawa in June. They welcome the Ecole James Bolton Public School Choir as special guests.

This will be a Mother's Day concert of favourite pieces. Admission will be $10 for adults, $8 for students and seniors and children 12 and younger get in for free.

The band welcomes new members at all levels of playing accomplishment. Instrument in the cupboard? Students and professionals are all welcome.
