SEUSSICAL BEING PRESENTED BY ALTON PS
Seussical, based on various characters from the classic stories by Dr. Seuss, is being presented this week (Thursday and Friday) by the students and staff of Alton Public School. "It's a huge enterprise, pulling this all together," commented principal mike Walmsley, "a community enterprise." The cast members seen here include (back row) Andrew Newall (Horton), Maddy Crowther (Gurtrude McFuzz), Stella Jordan (Mayzie La Bird), Alex Newall (Cat in the Hat), Jade Langille (Mrs. Mayor), Michael Borden (Mr. Mayor), Courtney Eves (Sour Kangaroo) and (front) Reid gibson (Jojo). The performances will be at Erin 2000 Centre in Erin. Show times are 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available through the school.
