Entertainment Extravaganza in Caledon East was a big success

Caledon East United Church hosted its Entertainment Extravaganza Saturday night, with proceeds going toward kitchen renovations at the church. The crowd was also entertained by the auctioneering skills of Murray Stewart. He was assisted by Bob Bailey, and the first item on the black was this blueberry pie, which sold for
The Caledon East United Church Choir opened the program with Down By MacConnachy Square from Brigadoon.
There were several brief plays performed, including Better Late Than Never, featuring Verral and Mildred Gillespie.
Andrew Ball performed on the trumpet.
