Three charged with theft

At approximately 12:35 a.m. March 28, Caledon OPP officers responded to a theft in progress involving tractor-trailer units at a business on Healey Road in Bolton.

Police arrived to find three tractor-trailer units running and one tractor that appeared to have been used to ram a vehicle that had been left parked across the yard entrance as a security measure.

Three men were located hiding from police in the surrounding area and all have been charged. An 18- year-old man from from Mississauga was charged with three counts of theft over, mischief over and failure to comply with sentence or disposition. A 28-year-old man from Toronto is charged with three counts of theft over and with mischief over. The other man, 22 years of age from Etobicoke, was charged with theft over and mischief over.
