Armour Heights River's Edge in Bolton is rising and on its way

The following article was submitted for publication by Armour Heights.

In a small town where not a single condominium graces the historic downtown centre, or the Humber River's edge for that matter, obtaining construction approval for a 72-suite luxury building is big news. It's the kind of thing that makes headlines as well as conversation in the coffee shops up and down the main street. Indeed, the rumours in Bolton are true.

The developer/builder Armour Heights has received executive committee approval from the Toronto Regional Conservation Authority (TRCA). It's full steam ahead. Construction of the River's Edge condominium is about to commence. Bolton's one and only resort-style luxury condominium in the charming heart of downtown is slated for completion in the summer of 2009.

A word to the wise here; new home buyers who have been waiting to see construction start on this new condominium are urged to wait no more. River's Edge is rising, and a flurry of new home buyers are expected immediately.

Don't delay another minute or you will miss out on walks along the river's edge; indoor pool and private lounge; spa saunas and exercise room; billiards and party room with kitchenette; and so much more for less. With the goahead received and construction just around the corner, the builder has announced the "Last Chance for Pre-Construction Prices" extended for a limited time only.

Since this groundbreaking initiative was first announced by town officials and Armour Heights, a high level of interest and excitement has been generated for the project. Many prominent Bolton residents are among those who have already shown their approval by buying at River's Edge. In fact, more than 60 per cent of the units have already been purchased and the remaining suites are going fast. The community has been waiting for a condominium for many years and River's Edge promises to be even more spectacular than anyone imagined.

The superb quality of construction, elegant finishes and luxury features on show at the furnished model suite have many Bolton home buyers thinking seriously about the kind of lifestyle this unique residence will offer to those fortunate enough to own there. Empty nesters are particularly pleased that at last they have an opportunity to downsize and remain in their own neighbourhood, close to their family, grandchildren and the stores and services they have grown accustomed to. The builder has been sensitive to the residents of the town and had a focus group last fall in fact, to address the needs and wants of the people of Bolton.

Armour Heights has been gratified by the reception they have received from the town of Bolton. In fact, the company has committed to a $30 million downtown refurbishment including the River's Edge condo and the TD bank with adjoining plaza. Talks for further projects are ongoing.

River's Edge classic condominium residences are offered from the upper $200's to more than $400,000. But hurry as they are going fast! Visit the sales office at 29 Queen St. Model Suite on site. Call (905) 533-2400 or www.riversedgebolton.com
