CAN YOU SPELL 'SMILE?

Valleywood youngsters Emma Everett, 5, Olivia Roman, 5, Evan Everett, 2, Zachary Roman, 9, and Ethan Tion, 10, got early exposure to the world-renowned Scrabble game at Margaret Dunn Library last Saturday. The first Scrabble Scramble tournament had "an amazing turnout," according to Sheralyn Roman, co-chair of the Friends of the Library Committee. Celebrity judge Christine Cristiano, freelance writer and author of picture books, was on deck to hand out prizes to all Scrabbling kids.
