GOOD DAY FOR TREE PLANTING
A host of volunteers were out Saturday in Valleywood for a community tree planting. it was organized by the Toronto Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and the Valleywood Residents' Association, and it saw some 240 tress planted in the slopes off Kirkwood Crescent. Joanna Parsons of TRCA was on hand with her niece Jade Williams, 7, of Brampton. They were busy planting this tree, which Jade named Casey. More...
