Vacation time can be stressful
      I know this is going to sound like a major imposition to some of you. That being the case, I hope you can all bear with me. I am currently in the middle of one of the most stressful periods that a workaholic like me can go through, and at this stage, I'm not sure I'm going to make it out unscathed.

What is it - other than big money and made-for-television spectacles - that we are to believe that people who wouldn't cross the road for a free ticket to most of the Olympic "sports" are suddenly real keeners?

Businesses go far to support community

      Local businesses supporting local causes and each other is the theme of my column this week. I had the honour of golfing in the annual Garden Foods Golf Tournament hosted by Rose and Piero Carbone. This annual tournament is a means to raise funds for Caledon Community Services (CCS). Last year alone, this tournament raised $30,000.
