Caledon village area resident Cameron Sylvester will be pulling for Canada in the lightweight pairs rowing event in the Olympic Games, set to start tomorrow (Friday) and his home town is pulling for him. Caledon councillors received two pieces of news from the province Tuesday. They were told, in a letter from Energy and Infrastructure Minister George Smitherman, that the Town's request for a provincial public inquiry in to the challenges facing municipalities when it comes to implementing growth legislation like the Places to Grow document, had been refused.
