Mark, you will be missed.

Will Rogers said it, and I quote; "I only know what I read in the newspaper," and you have spent a good number of years with the Citizen, ensuring all of us in the area can.

You have, for many years, been my favorite editor. The Caledon Seniors' Centre, our Caledon Concert Band, True Blue Lodge, Christ Church Bolton have all been helped by the help you provided to them and to me personally, in checking spelling, format and my long-winded narrations with your columnist's expertise. I will miss your help, concern and scholarship.

My best wished to you and your family, who through your writings have become part of ours.

May your pencil always stay sharp and your contributions I know will continue whatever your future plans may be.

Best wishes to you, in spite of this Christmas Present you have given us.
