Rollover injures Tottenham man

A collision on Highway 9 injured a Tottenham motorist Nov. 23.

Caledon OPP report that at about 7 p.m., emergency services personnel responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 9, west of Regional Road 50 in Caledon.

A car that was travelling on Highway 9 hit the rear of a dump truck that was exiting a service station. The collision caused the car to roll on to its roof, trapping the driver inside. Emergency service personnel freed the driver, 38- year-old Christopher Bradley of Tottenham, from the vehicle. He was transported to Sunnybrook Hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

The dump truck driver, 25-year-old Richard Dodwell of Caledon, was not injured.

Caledon OPP and OPP technical collision investigators are continuing their investigation. Any witnesses are requested to contact the investigating officer, PC Gavin Coverdale at Caledon OPP, 905-584-2241.
