Services assumed for subdivision

The municipal infrastructure in Phases 5 and 6 of the Bruno Brothers Farm plan of subdivision was recently assumed by the Town of Caledon.

The development is located southeast of Mount Pleasant Road and Old Church Road in the Palgrave Estates development area.

Phase 5 is comprised of 11 residential estate lots on Valley Hill Drive and Phase 6 comprises six residential estate lots on Clover Meadow Court.

About 1.4 lane kilometres of roadway and associated municipal services including storm sewer and street lighting will be added to the Town's network of infrastructure.

Councillor Richard Whitehead noted this is one of the first subdivisions registered under the Oak Ridges Moraine guidelines. He added it's a tremendous success story about how estate residential can work.
