PONTIERI WINS IN LAS VEGAS

Bolton's Tony Pontieri displays the car he drove to victory in the AMS Pro Mod Challenge during the ACDelco NHRA Las Vegas Nationals recently. In the final race, Pontieri in his '57 Chevy Bel Air edged Steve Engel's '63 Corvette by seven inches - 0.0017 seconds - for his first win of the season. He thanked his car owner Rob Sporring for giving him the opportunity of a lifetime. He's shown with his $10,000 cheque and the AMS Eagle trophy after winning the AMS Pro Modified Challenge in Las Vegas recently.
