The municipal infrastructure in the 1360287 Ontario Ltd. plan of subdivision was recently assumed by Caledon council.

The 78-lot residential development is located east of Hurontario Street and north of Mayfield Road in Mayfield West.

The subdivision includes Donherb Crescent and Lightheart Drive and a portion of Summer Valley Drive.

The construction of roads and municipal services has been completed to the satisfaction of the Town and Peel region.
