FARM FAMILY OF THE YEAR

The Mellow family from Bolton was honoured as the Peel Farm Family of the Year Saturday night at the Caledon Community Complex in Caledon East. They received awards from the Peel Federation of Agriculture, Caledon Chamber of Commerce, Brampton Board of Trade, Town of Caledon, Peel region and MPP Sylvia Jones. The members of the family include (l to r) Robert Mellow, Elaine Mellow, their son Bruce Mellow, grandson Eric Ross, daughter Arlene Ross, grandson Curtis Ruta and daughter Carol Ruta. Robert, Elaine and Bruce run the farm operation.
