Maverick of the Week
Jonathan, 14, excels in crosscountry running. He finished fourth in an invitational meet at Centennial Park and 13th in a pre-OFSAA meet in Niagara recently. He also plans to try out for nordic skiing and track and field. In the community, he's a member of the provincial track team called Centro Scuola based at York University. He specializes in the 400 and 800 metres. The Grade 9 student lives in Brampton. |
