Holiday hijinks at Blackhorse Theatre

Christmas is coming early to the Blackhorse Theatre as the group prepares to launch its 37th Season with Sorry! Wrong Chimney! a yuletide farce written by Jack Sharkey & Leo W. Sears.

David Tuttle is moonlighting as a department store Santa so that he can buy his wife a fur for Christmas. He tells his wife that he is working late at the office, but she finds out he isn't spending his evenings there working overtime. A suspected other woman; hypnotism; the notorious Santa burglar Kris Kreigle and his gun-toting fiance; a confused policeman add up to a rollicking tale that is hilarious, Christmas time or anytime.

Diana Crabtree is at the helm as director for the second time at Blackhorse and is delighted to be surrounded with the talents of Ashleigh Marshall, Larry Hines, Jeanette Massicotte, Greg CeBelak, Pam Cooper, John Rowe and Ross Jackson.

Sorry! Wrong Chimney! opens Friday, Nov. 9 and performances run through to Saturday, Nov. 24 with preview Wednesday, Nov. 7. Start your holiday fun by calling the box office at 905-880-5002. For ticket prices, performance dates, curtain times and theatre location please go to www.blackhorse. ca.
