Bolton. Caledon OPP report the driver of the truck, a 37-year-old man from Whitby, wasn't injured and there will

be no charges. He was transporting food waste which had to be cleaned up. There was slight damage to a hydro

pole. The traffic lights were out at Regional Road 50 and Ellwood Drive as a result.
