Town's Progress Report available

The Town of Caledon officially launched its third annual Progress Report Oct. 3. This year's document highlights four key themes - community safety, recreation, development and environment. It also incorporates provinciallymandated information from the Municipal Performance Measurement Program and the Town's audited financial statements.

"The 2006-2007 Progress Report shows how municipal staff and council work together to ensure the things that are important to the Caledon community come to life," said Mayor Marolyn Morrison.

The 2006-2007 Progress Report highlights the Town of Caledon's commitment to maintaining high quality, effective service delivery. The annual Progress Report is one of several communication methods that mayor, council and staff utilize to inform Caledon residents and businesses about the Town's goals and achievements.

Copies of the 2006-2007 Progress Report are available at Town Hall, recreation facilities and library branches. APDF version will also be posted at www.caledon.ca.
