Lou Vultaggio were joined for the ribbon-cutting ceremony by councillors Annette

Groves and Richard Whitehead, as well as family, friends and co-workers. The business

is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. with half-price tanning

between noon and 2 p.m. and 9 and 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and

Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
