STRONG SUPPORT FOR RECORD WALK
Caledon support was strong last week for Ontario's World Record Walk to promote a healthy lifestyle. Locally, 164

people (51 non-Town of Caledon staff) walked the one-kilometre lap. Apples were donated by Albion Orchards;

bottled water from the Region of Peel; Active 2010 walking gear compliments of the Ministry of Health Promotion.

The event was co-ordinated with International Walk to School Day. Volunteer Walter Getman, "Mr. Trail" himself,

was on hand to help out.
