      Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. and Onex Corporation have entered into a support agreement whereby Onex will offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Husky at a price of $8.18 cash per common share.

Council keeps 1/3 allowance
      Caledon council voted to keep the one-third tax-free allowance on council members' salaries. Town treasurer Sam Jones explained council is required to pass a resolution once during its term to continue the one-third tax exemption.
