MAYOR, INSPECTOR AUCTIONED OFF

As part of the Town of Caledon's United Way fund-raising campaign, council and senior management were auctioned off to staff members for an hour of service. Linda Crowther (centre), a staff person working out of the OPP detachment in Caledon East, bought the service of Mayor Marolyn Morrison and Inspector Andy Karski for $110. She put the two to work Friday morning washing some of the police community cruisers in Caledon East.
