COACH ON ROYAL RACING

The Caledon Soccer Club is proud to announce that Orlin Chalmers, one of their staff coaches, has been selected to play for the Royal Racing Football Club Montegnee in Belgium. During the recent tryouts held in Caledon East in June, Chalmers was identified as a potential player for the team. He played for the Caledon Soccer Club in his teenage years and then went on to represent Canada at the U17 and U20 levels. He has played professionally in Europe where he was injured and came home to recuperate. He is now returning 100% fit and ready to play in Belgium. The club held an impromptu gathering the night before Orlin left for Belgium at the fields in Caledon East.
