Spin fund-raiserat Riverdale

Saturday, Sept. 22 will be a very special day at Riverdale Fitness Mill.

You are invited to enjoy yourself, have fun, meet other people like you and raise money for three great causes! The Coffee Shed is donating amazing coffee and the Belfountain Inn doing a nutritious gourmet lunch.

If you would like to ride with a friend, everyone is welcome please call or e-mail organizers for available time slots. Ride for an hour or several. Pledge forms are available. Event organizers will provide tax receipts for donations and all funds collected will be divided equally between Hospice Caledon, Caledon Community Services and C3 Cross Training Club.

Hospice offers support to individuals and their families who are experiencing life challenging illnesses or are grieving a loss. Caledon Community Services is a not-forprofit, health and social service agency committed to the community of Caledon's health. C3/Canadian Cross Training Club is a non-profit club connecting athletes of all ages. It promotes a healthy lifestyle by offering multi-sport opportunities.

In all, 12 spin bikes will be set up on top of the Mill and continue spinning for 10 hours from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

All you have to do is give us an hour of your time (or more), pre-register your time slot(s) and pick up a pledge form.

The Riverdale open house takes place the same day and the schedule includes a great lineup of classes from pilates to Latin dance, nordic walking, kids circuit training, box circuit demos, free access to personal trainers throughout the day and two very interesting health talks.
