Rezoning

Empire Theatres was recently granted a rezoning by Caledon council for 192, 194 and 196 McEwan Dr. E. in Bolton.

The zoning will be changed to general commercial- exception from prestige industrial - exception. The commercial uses permitted will include a drive-through facility, nonfood store retail and additional commercial uses subject to specified floor area limits.
