PUCK DROPPED AT NEW CALEDON EAST ARENA

Many dignitaries and members of the community were on hand Sunday to the new Caledon East arena, the first built by the Town of Caledon since regional government in 1974. The facility features an NHL-size ice surface, 6 large dressing rooms, energy efficient lighting and a new Zamboni. On hand for the puck dropping were Mayor Marolyn Morrison, Bradan Vanstone, Rachel Jefferson and figure skater Lindsay Hoxey.
