      Jed Walmsley of Cheltenham shot rounds of 76 and 76 for eight over par to win Canadian Junior Golf Association's Northern Ontario PGA Junior Championship in the boys age 17 to 19 division, held Aug. 8-9 at Timberwolf Golf Club in Garson, Ontario.

Bolton Wanderers bring soccer to the youth of the Congo
      The ITMS and the Bolton Wanderers Soccer Club (BWSC) are banding together to bring soccer to the youth of the war-torn country of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The club is requesting donations of used or unused soccer jerseys, shoes, shorts, shin pads and socks.
