Timelines for reporting financial activities

Caledon council recently established timelines for appointed boards and community organizations which receive greater than 30 per cent of their funding or a minimum of $20,000 through the Town to report on their financial activities.

A mid-year report must be submitted no later than Aug. 31 of the year in which the Town funding was approved.

A third-quarter report must be submitted no later than Nov. 30 of the year in which the Town funding was received.

A final year-end report must be submitted no later than April 30 of the year after the Town funding was received.
