One more arrested in connection with homicide

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers continue to investigate the murder of an adult male. The body of twenty-four year old, Jermaine CAMERON was discovered in a wooded area near Duffy's Lane and Patterson Sideroad in the Town of Caledon on the morning of June 26.

August 16, police arrested 39-year-old Allen John Villeneuve of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury for the second degree murder of Cameron. Villeneuve was known to the victim.

Villeneuve appeared in court Aug. 16 in Orangeville. This follows the arrest of four other persons August 1 and 2.
