Rezoning for pharmacy at Jack's locale

A rezoning application by Zelinka Priamo Ltd on behalf of Rock Developments Inc., Peter Sourlis and Spiros Sourlis for the southeast corner of Regional Road 50 and Allan Drive in Bolton was recently approved by Caledon council.

The applicant requested the rezoning in order to permit the establishment of a pharmacy on the site.

The BBQ Jack's restaurant and a second vacant building at 401/405 Queen St. S. will be demolished to make way for the proposed pharmacy.

Both councillors Annette Groves and Richard Whitehead noted BBQ Jack's has been a part of the community for about 30 years.
