Fill permit is approved

A fill permit was recently granted by Caledon council to John and Paulette Mowles at 14 Elite Rd. in the Tamarack subdivision so they could dig a pond.

Because the property isn't an agriculturally zoned property or used for agricultural purposes, the applicants needed council to amend the fill bylaw in order that a permit may be issued.
