BUSINESS PARK GROUNDBREAKING
Panattoni Development Company held a ground-breaking ceremony recently for its

newest industrial project in Caledon, the Manchester Business Park, located at

Manchester Court and Coleraine Drive in Bolton, which comprises the construction

of two large, modern industrial warehouse buildings totalling more than 800,000

square feet. Building A is 576,000 square feet, has 83 dock level doors and is scheduled

for completion in May 2008. Building B is 253,000 square feet with 37 dock level

doors and to be completed by summer 2008. On hand for the groundbreaking were
