Lease for ambulance

An agreement was reached between Caledon council and Peel region recently confirming the lease for the ambulance facilities at the Valleywood fire station.

The Town will receive about $15,000 in rent annually for the lease of 2,229 square feet.

The Town and region previously reached lease agreements for using part of the fire stations in Caledon village and Bolton.

The rent is $25,000 per year at the Caledon village station and $30,000 at the Bolton station.
