Coyotes in Ontario Cup

The U15 Caledon Coyotes, currently competing for first place in the first division of the South Region Soccer League, participated in the tournament round of the Ontario Cup hosted by the Caledon Soccer Club on the weekend of June 23-24.

Teams competing included Caledon Coyotes, Burlington Sting, St.Catharines Jets, Markham Lightning, Sarnia Spirit.

Each team competed in a round robin format competition (four games each) with the under-15 girls team from Sarnia advancing to the next round.

Caledon players include Natasha Schwarz, Piper McCutcheon, Kaitlin Murphy, Samantha Sinclair, Jaclyn Hartzema, Jenny May, Julie Sheppard, Alex Cuccione, Katie Doherty, Lauren McDonald, Alyssa Kelly, Meghan Foley, Katie Verissimo, Melissa Crawford, Ariel Rupoli, Kathleen Shewchuk. The caching staff consists of Karyn Foley (head coach), Linda Sinclair (assistant coach), Susan McDonald (manager).
