Caledon Fair seeks ambassador contestants
The Caledon Agricultural Society is now accepting contestant's applications for the annual fair ambassador competition.

The selected ambassadors will represent the Caledon Agricultural Society for 2007-08. Caledon Fair will be selecting a junior ambassador between the ages of 12 and 16 years. Young girls and guys are encouraged to apply. This is a chance to meet great people and represent your community at various events.

Young ladies and gentlemen, ages 17-23, are sought out to hold the title of Caledon Fair ambassador for the upcoming year. You will have a chance to get involved with the fair board, meet new people and represent your community at various functions. Also, being an ambassador looks great on résumés. The ambassador position is not a full-time job. It is a funfilled learning experience. No prior experience necessary!

The ambassador competition will be held at Heritage Hall at the Caledon Fairgrounds (Highways 10 and 24) on Monday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. The public is more than welcome to attend.
