Rezoning is approved

John Rodgers and Associates on behalf of GWL Realty Advisors Inc. were granted a rezoning by Caledon council recently for two lots located on the east side of Coleraine Drive, north of Parr Boulevard in Bolton.

The properties will be rezoned to prestige industrial and serviced industrial from agricultural and they will be developed for industrial uses.
