Calling all local poets

There is still time left to submit your poems for the Caledon Public Library's second annual poetry writing contest for adults.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Caledon Library, this contest is open to all adults, 18 years of age or more who have a Caledon Public Library card. All entries must be received by Saturday, Sept. 8 at 4 p.m.

All winning entries will be posted on the library Web site and first place will be awarded $100, second place $75 and third place $50. For all the contest details and guidelines visit any branch or the library Web site at www.caledon.library.on.ca.
