Mayfield gets rezoning

Mayfield and Fifty Developments Inc. was granted a rezoning by Caledon council recently to remove the "H" holding provisions from a portion of a proposed industrial property located north of Mayfield Road and west of Regional Road 50 in Bolton.

The applicant wants to build a one-storey multi-tenant industrial building with a total gross floor area of 624,000 square feet.

Removing the "H" holding symbol will permit prestige industrial development the site.
