CAAC terms are adopted

The terms of reference for the Caledon agricultural advisory committee were adopted by Caledon council recently.

The terms of reference outlines the goal, principles, activities and general organization and administration of CAAC.

In January, council appointed five members to the committee, namely Robert Brander, Rick Debattista, John Kidd, Hugh Metcalfe and Jim Moore.

At its June 19 meeting, council also appointed Dwight Matson, David Moore, Lillie Ann Morris and Thomas Wilson to the committee.

Councillors Nick deBoer and Gord McClure also serve on the committee.

Council directed CAAC to prepare a work plan for 2008 and report back to council from time to time.
