Chef's Challenge was a delicious gathering

Chef Fab Natale and waitress/bartender Alexa Bellanza from Chef Talk Bistro in Bolton served up tandoori croquettes for visitors to sample at the Chef's Challenge.

Chef Jason Perkins and sous chef Brenda Christensen from the Belfountain Inn won the Chef Challenge Grande Award for its bourbon poached apple with chilpolte whipped brie smoked pork tenderloin and topped with a chocolate chili pecan.
Chef Suppiah Selvaraj and chef Teresa Giancola from The Consulate at The Royal Ambassador in Caledon East served up rigatoni, chicken, heirloom tomatoes and sugar snap peas during the Chef's Challenge hosted by The Royal Ambassador last Monday. The 16 restaurants taking part were judged for their wine and food tastings.
Chef Sean Borden from the Millcroft Inn & Spa in Alton had samples of chilled soups for people to try.
