Acting clerks

A bylaw was passed by Caledon council recently appointing Darlene Publow, freedom of information/records coordinator, as the Town's acting clerk should clerk Cheri Cowan ever be absent. Town solicitor David Ostler was also appointed acting clerk should Cowan and Publow both be absent.
