Motorcycle rider killed in collision Caledon OPP and OPP Technical Collision Investigators are continuing their investigation of a fatal motor vehicle collision Thursday, June 28 at roughly 5:24 p.m. on Humber Station Road, south of Castlederg Sideroad in Caledon. A southbound motorcycle collided with the trailer of a northbound dump truck on Humber Station Road. Tragically, the motorcycle rider, 24-year-old Kyle Fagan of Mulmur Township, did not survive and was pronounced dead after being transported to Headwaters Hospital in Orangeville. The dump truck driver, 54-year-old Augustus Quintan of Brampton, was not injured. The investigation is continuing.
