Rezoning approved

Caledon council recently approved the rezoning application of Soscia Engineering on behalf of Rocasa Holdings Inc. for 31 Simpson Rd. in Bolton.

The applicant proposed to sever the existing lot in order to create two industrial lots with areas of 1.2 acres and 1.3 acres with a mutual entrance on Simpson Road.
