Terms for special events

Caledon council recently approved the terms of reference for the special events committee and recognized the committee as a committee of council.

The members of the committee for the 2007-10 term include Tanya Caringi, Manny DeSousa, Rachel Erdelyi, Nevenka Freeborn, Michelle Gouveia, Gail Grant, Kathy Hare, Stephen Huntley, Jennifer Innis, Melanie Johannink, Alisia Loach, Irene McCool, Shelagh McRuvie, Deidre Morrison-Mohamed, Pat Oliver, Shirley Pritchard, Rikki Rumball, Rick Sargent, Heather Savage, Kevin Taylor, Estrela Tranquada and Maxine Warrian.

The committee's mandate is to provide meaningful public input into the decision making process for special events operated by the Town of Caledon.
