U14 boys sharp on the pitches
By Darian Sibbald

June 5 the under 14 boys of Caledon East Soccer Club played an amazing game.

The teal team took victory over Vince's Auto Body (red) in the second game of the season.

From the teal team, Damien Commisso scored three outstanding goals.

The surprising change in weather from the 30-degree opening day to 6 in game two did not change the boys' attitude. Strong passing was present for both teams utilizing the whole field. Mark Matich on teal took a strong powerful kick and scored. Mike Brinovec took 2 smooth shots that successfully passed through. Aaron Anastacio and Johnathon Dunn each scored one goal, giving teal 8.

Vince's Auto body didn't fold and successfully netted 6 goals. After outstanding work by all the boys we must congratulate Andrew Suave for refereeing a fantastic game.

Forest Green (Digica Computers) showed Navy that double digits can be accumulated in soccer. Johnathon Jacobs with great support got 4 goals with Michael Krapez notching up 3 with Andrew Fellin, Aaron Dela Cruz Bryn Robinson all scoring once. Blue answered back with Lucas Amadio with four strong net bending shots and supporting his efforts with Warren Stroud, David Stewart, Dhanjal Sachkartar and Eric Svarc all scoring to give the blue team 9 goals.

We look forward to a great season on Field 5 Tuesdays and Thursdays in Caledon East.
