Classic cars on Broadway

Car enthusiasts will want to make sure they head to Broadway in Orangeville, Friday, June 8 from 5:30 to 10 p.m. for the 3rd annual Lionel Rivers Memorial Classics on Broadway, a showcase of more than 150 antique and classic vehicles.

Vehicle enthusiasts will not want to miss this annual event, and are invited to stroll along Ontario's widest street, Broadway, which will be closed for the evening, to peruse these vintage vehicles and talk to their owners. Shops and restaurants in the downtown area will be staying open on Friday evening, so be sure to make an evening of it - shop, dine and see some magnificent vehicles on a wonderful spring evening.

Orangeville will be alive with the sounds and sights of summer, with classic oldies music being provided by Kruz Radio, and with a special live performance by the oldies band, Final Touch at the Deck Pub and Grill. Enjoy the Classics on Broadway, and discover Broadway's unique shopping, galleries, restaurants and cafes.

This free event, hosted by the Kinsmen Club of Orangeville and the Road Hazards Car Club of Orangeville is a fund-raiser in support of a number of local charities.
